Time+ Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the Time+ mobile application and related services (the “Application”) provided by Atailay Sahin (the “Service Provider”). By downloading, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Time+, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old or meet the higher minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and device, and activity performed through your account.

License and acceptable use

The Service Provider grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Time+ in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, bypass access or subscription controls, distribute malicious content, violate law, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Local data, Cloud Backup and Calendar synchronization

Core productivity data—including categories, sessions, goals, alarms and notes—is stored locally on your device by default. Premium users may optionally enable Cloud Backup & Sync, which stores supported Time+ data in Firebase Cloud Firestore under their account and synchronizes it across devices signed in to that account. Premium users may also optionally connect Google Calendar so saved sessions can be synchronized to a dedicated calendar created by Time+. You remain responsible for protecting exported files and reviewing synchronized data. Clearing app data, uninstalling Time+, replacing data during import, device loss, or device failure may permanently remove data that has not been exported or successfully synchronized.

Timers and alarms

Alarm delivery can be affected by device power state, battery optimization, operating-system restrictions, permission settings, manufacturer software, force-stop actions, updates, or hardware failure. You are responsible for keeping required permissions enabled and using an appropriate independent alarm for critical events.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and available features are shown before purchase.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Pricing and taxes may vary by country.
• You can manage or cancel an active subscription in Google Play Subscriptions.
• Deleting a Time+ account or uninstalling the Application does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies and applicable consumer law.
• Premium features may change over time, but changes will not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party services

Time+ uses Google Play Services, Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, optional Firebase Analytics, optional Firebase Cloud Firestore backup, optional Google Calendar synchronization, RevenueCat, and device services such as notifications and text-to-speech. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.

Intellectual property

Time+, its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by the Service Provider or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Updates, availability, and termination

The Application may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Some updates may be required for compatibility or security. The Service Provider may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address material violations, fraud, security risks, legal obligations, or harm. You may stop using Time+ at any time and may delete your account by following the Account and Data Deletion instructions.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Time+ is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, delivery of every alarm or notification, preservation of local data, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, missed alarms, loss of local data, or business interruption. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable where the Service Provider is established, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

Changes to these Terms

The Terms may be updated to reflect changes in Time+, providers, or legal requirements. The revised effective date will be shown above. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
